The staff was nice and welcoming, the accommodation was beautiful and neat. Excellent service, though a few employees were terrible. The breakfast was very good, the check in was early. The location was marvellous in a great area, just off a relaxed quiet establishment that is clearly the owner's pride, and adventure island / amusements / shops. Plus, Thorpe Bay Beach was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.
It had not so good views.

Liked the place, it was nicely decorated and perfect and worked for me. My room was well presented with a separate bathroom. The beds were very clean and the staff was very helpful.

Everything was really good, the wifi was free. The staff were attentive and polite and food was incredible. The bed was extremely comfy and room was enjoyable & themed. And btw there were outstanding views of the sea! The service was exceptional. The location was unbeatable and stunning for traveling around Southend-on-Sea, near bars / restaurants, beach and the Genting Club. Moreover, it was 2 km from St Augustine.

The huge balcony was large. The room faced the sea. Interesting place for vacation in Southend-on-Sea. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like yoies ice cream parlour that was only 10 minutes' walk away.
